Dublin Dr Pepper honors Fort Hood Soldiers

DR PEPPER, TEXAS -- A Fort Hood unit just back from Iraq and their families were the special guests of Dublin Dr Pepper at this year's 114th Birthday Celebration. Col. John M. Murray, commanding officer of 3rd Brigade, First Cavalry Division led soldiers from his brigade in the 10k charity run.  3rd Brigade, known as the Grey Wolf Brigade, returned from Iraq this April after their combat tour. Texas Governor Rick Perry ran with the soldiers as the citizens of Dr Pepper, Texas welcomed them home. Many soldiers brought their whole families to enjoy the day's activities. We are so proud of our men and women in uniform and really appreciate this chance to show them so.
