Old Doc's Soda Shop celebrates Tenth Anniversary

Dublin Dr Pepper has begun a month-long celebration of Old Doc’s Soda Shop’s Tenth Anniversary. The shop opened Aug. 5th 1995 and is estimated to have had over half a million visitors in the last ten years.

To start off the celebration the original sign was officially retired and replaced. The sign has hung continually since the opening and is very special to the staff  because Billy Kloster had painted and hung it himself. The sign will now go into the museum collection. Old Doc’s Soda Shop will celebrate its ten year anniversary throughout the month of August with different specials each week.
